Key Lime Pie Shots

I’ve never met a key lime pie that I didn’t like. The same goes for these shots. These key lime pie shooters are so tasty and are the perfect dessert cocktail. Made with a combination of whipped cream flavored vodka, Rum Chata, and a splash of key lime juice. Adding whipped cream to the top and rimming the glass with graham cracker adds that special touch.

So grab your sunnies and dust off your patio chairs, and enjoy these key lime pie shooters at your next gathering, bbq, or any occasion. They’re sure to be a hit!

Ingredients:

Whipped cream vodka

Rum Chata

Limes

Graham crackers

Whipped cream

Directions:

Fill a bar shaker with ice. Pour in 1.5 oz of the whipped cream vodka. I like the Smirnoff. Next, measure 1 oz of Rum Chata and add to your shaker. Slice a lime in half and squeeze in the juice. Approximately 0.5 oz. I love my bamboo cutting boards with the juice groove. Now Shake! It’s important to shake very well as you don’t want the cream to curdle with the sour lime.

Crush up 1 graham cracker in a mortar and pestle. Slide a lime wedge around the edge of your shot glass. Now dip the rim of the glass into the cracker bits. It’s time to carefully strain your shot into the glass. Top with whipped cream and lime zest. These key lime pie shooters are so delicious and refreshing, you’ll be the hit of the party.
