Having energy bites on hand is a great way to stay fit. When you get a craving it’s too easy to give in and grab an unhealthy choice. When you have these amazing treats on hand, you not only soothe the craving but gain great energy! They are also filled with anti-inflammatory ingredients. There are many different variants but these are one of my go-tos, east-to-make energy bites. Double the recipe and freeze them for up to 2 weeks. Even the kids are tricked by these amazing little snacks. It’s a great way to get them to eat something healthy.

How To Make Energy Bites
Directions: Combine all the ingredients and pulse in a food processor until blended. You can use a small processor or invest in an awesome blender like the new and improved Nutri Bullet, which is my favorite. Roll the ingredients into 1-inch balls. Then, roll the balls in extra coconut or flax seeds to coat the outside. Now, place the bite-sized goodness onto baking sheets lined with silicone or parchment paper. I love my silicone liners. Store in the fridge covered for at least an hour. This recipe is super easy and takes no time at all. Switch up the ingredients for a different version!
