Moscow mules are super delicious and super easy to make. There are so many variations of this mocktail the possibilities are endless. One of my favorites is a blackberry Moscow Mule. Made with fresh sweet blackberries and mint, fresh lime juice, ginger beer, and a fancy copper mug, you have a classic mocktail with a twist.
If you like your mocktails less sweet then this version is for you! The ginger beer is already sweet so I prefer to omit the simple syrup. Trust me you won’t miss it.

How To Make A Blackberry Moscow Mule
Start by adding blackberries to a cocktail shaker. Next, squeeze in some lime juice and muddle with the blackberries a few times. Then fill the mug halfway full with ice. Stir with a bar spoon and add more ice. Top with ginger beer and garnish with lime and fresh mint and enjoy!
If you like your mocktails a little sweeter, during the muddling process add some simple syrup. Also what makes this mocktail is the ginger beer, my favorite is the Fever-Tree Ginger Beer. It’s less sweet than regular ginger beer and is lower in calories.
If you choose to kick it up a notch, add vodka.
